Last updated: May 21, 2026. These terms apply to phantomkey.pro and all PhantomKey Technologies products, websites, and services operated by PhantomKey Technologies (“PhantomKey,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), unless a separate agreement applies to a specific product.
Product purchases: Software purchases, subscriptions, billing, and account registration for PhantomKey products offered through Brittaine are governed by Brittaine’s terms of service and related policies. These Terms & Conditions supplement—and do not replace—Brittaine’s terms where they apply to a transaction.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using phantomkey.pro, contacting us through this site, downloading materials we publish, or using PhantomKey software or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our sites or services.
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above indicates when changes were last posted. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Use of Service
You agree to use PhantomKey sites and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, products, or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our sites or services
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where expressly permitted by law or a separate license
- Use our materials to misrepresent affiliation with PhantomKey or to infringe intellectual property rights
- Submit false, misleading, or malicious information through contact forms or support channels
Some products are labeled as in development or available by contact only. Features, availability, and specifications may change without notice until a product is generally released.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on phantomkey.pro—including text, graphics, logos, product names, documentation, and software—is owned by PhantomKey Technologies or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
Pending and issued patents, trade secrets, and proprietary architectures (including zero-persistence and anchor-bound designs) remain our exclusive property. No license is granted except as expressly stated in a written agreement or applicable end-user license for a specific product.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial viewing of publicly available pages.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PhantomKey Technologies and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use our sites or services.
Our total liability for any claim relating to these terms or your use of phantomkey.pro shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us directly for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Security products reduce risk by design; they do not guarantee prevention of every attack or user error. You are responsible for safeguarding passphrases, devices, and recovery procedures described in product documentation.
5. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
